3. We test your assumptions.
We build a Minimal Viable Product quickly and get it in the hands of your users. We then learn and make small changes to your Build plan based on feedback at regular intervals.

4. We agree your success criteria.
We build out milestones to get you there. Only then, we start to build your product. The above should take no more then 12 weeks.
